It’s hard to believe, but it’s been 10 years since Game of Thrones made it’s debut. The iconic HBO series quickly became a worldwide phenomenon — airing in over 207 countries and territories, setting ratings records along the way.

With multiple spin-off shows in the works, GOT continues to inspire a loyal following, and Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Creation Entertainment are teaming up to give fans a way to celebrate their love of the show with a Game of Thrones convention.

It’s the first officially-licensed fan convention for the Emmy-winning show, and it’s scheduled to take place at the Rio Hotel & Suites Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 18-20, 2022. The event promises fans of the fantasy epic an “action-packed experience” with three full days of programming, including special guests, panel discussions, cosplay and trivia competitions, autograph signings, photo ops, exclusive merch, and more!

“Game of Thrones is a cultural phenomenon with an incredible fanbase, and we are thrilled to be celebrating both with the first official Game of Thrones fan convention,” says Peter van Roden, Senior Vice President of Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment. “This is an exciting initiative, growing one of our beloved global franchises and allowing fans to become even more immersed in the world of Westeros and beyond. This will be a truly unforgettable experience that loyal and new fans alike will love and enjoy.”
