Timothée Chalamet and designer Haider Ackermann have teamed up over the years to create some memorable red carpet moments, and now they’re joining forces to design a hoodie that raises awareness and supports efforts to fight the on-going humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

The actor and activist took to Instagram to share the news of the collab, with a caption that read:

"So for a couple of years now @h.a and I have been wanting to make something. Together, in August, we were horrified to learn of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and decided to design a hoodie where 100% of the proceeds will go to @afghanistanlibre : a relief organization with boots on the ground that fights to safeguard women's and children's rights — as those atrocities continue to spread, we should amplify the voices of those silent soldiers.

The hoodie features the face of a young Afghan woman emerging from a blue paint splatter motif, with the phrases “silent soldier” and “a common thread” embroidered across the chest and the logo of Afghanistan Libre—an organization that aims to protect women’s and children’s rights in the country—printed on the sleeve.

This partnership marks Chalamet’s first-ever fashion collaboration. Keep going for another look at the hoodie, which is available to shop online now for $198 with 100% of the proceeds going to support the work of Afghanistan Libre.
