AMC Hosting A 31-Hour Marvel Movie Marathon Ahead Of "Infinity War"
Do you love Marvel movies? Do you love them enough to spend 31-hours in a dark theater watching them? AMC's MCU movie marathon is back, and it's not for the faint of heart. It includes a line-up of 11 films leading up to Avengers: Infinity War.
Die-hard fans might be a little disappointed not all 18 MCU movies are being screened leading into the premiere of Infinity War. Tickets for the marathon will set you back $75, and it will only be offered at two AMC theaters - one in Orlando, and one in New York City. The Hollywood Reporter reports L.A. fans can catch the marathon at The El Capitan Theater for $100.
Here's the line-up:
- Iron Man
- The Incredible Hulk
- Thor
- Captain America: The First Avenger
- Marvelβs The Avengers
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Avengers: Age of Ultron
- Captain America: Civil War
- Doctor Strange
- Spider-Man: Homecoming
- Black Panther
- Avengers: Infinity War
Some fan favorites like Captain America: Winter Soldier, and Thor: Ragnarok aren't part of the line-up. The other movies not included are Iron Man 2, Thor: The Dark World, Iron Man 3, Ant-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
This is the second time AMC has hosted a marathon of Marvel films. The theater chain hosted one back in 2015 before the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Marvel just released the final trailer for Avengers: Infinity War, and advance tickets are on sale now, so even if you can't make the marathon, you can still scoop up your opening night tickets.
Infinity War his theaters April 27th.
