If you're a 90's kid, chances are you had a Tamagotchi, or knew someone who did. Now you have a chance to fall in love all over again with your very own virtual pet on a keychain, and then remember why you hated them to begin with. Bandai America is celebrating the 20th anniversary of digital pet by bringing it back in a limited edition release next month. 

"For many Generation X kids, the Tamagotchi device can be considered America’s first and favorite digital pet,” says Tara Badie, marketing director for Bandai America. “The enduring power of Tamagotchi is its clear expression that nurturing and love never goes out of style. It’s such an honor to bring back one of the most beloved toys in a way that captures the magic and joy of a generation while embracing the sensibilities of new generations.”

Bandai will be releasing six different Tamagotchi designs called Tamagotchi Friends. So are they going to be the exact same? How much will they cost? Where can you order one of your own? Sooooo many questions!
